I've stayed at this property several times over the last few years and it never disappoints. This year, we were going for a one night stay before a train trip through Switzerland for my husband's birthday. I mentioned on chat that it was his birthday and received a room upgrade on check-in (prestige king, not a suite, but none were available that night given proximity to the holidays). Better than the upgrade, they brought a bottle of prosecco and an entire cake for my husband's birthday. I stayed on a points certificate and they recognized his birthday better than any other place we stayed during the trip (including the expensive Giardino Mountain in St. Moritz). I would not hesitate to stay again! They're a great for recognizing elite Marriott status.
