Recently stayed at the JW in Kolkata. Overall the stay was very good, the room was beautiful and upgraded to a suite without using SNA. Breakfast was quite good with an international selection of American, European & Asian. The lounge was tremendous with evening alcoholic drinks and a wide array of snacks... so much so you could really eat dinner up there. Every member of staff that I encountered asked about my stay and if I needed anything. Also there were many evening personalized notes and gifts left in the room. I would recommend staying here if in Kolkata.
