    Very enjoyable stay

    Checkin was very smooth and professional, we loved the arrival experience. We got a nice Suite upgrade without using SNA’s.

    The service at the bar in the evening was very slow (30minutes waiting for a cocktail) but the service in the restaurant (Il Gazebo) was top notch and the food was excellent.

    Breakfast was a little disappointing (cold eggs benedict, Luke warm cappuccino) but the spread was very good.

    Wow! A slice of heaven in the Dolomites

    I can’t say enough on how great this property is and how I am looking forward to my next visit! From the moment of arrival I felt like I stepped back in time and was treated like royalty. The location is beautiful located just outside of Cortina but in a private area. Our upgraded room was fantastic and the hotel left a nice bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of a la carte items to choose from. The spa area was so relaxing with a great sauna and hot tub area. The staff is so professional and I can’t find a single fault. My visit was in the late summer and I’m looking forward to returning during the winter to see the hotel covered in snow. Highly recommend this property!
