    Missed the mark in-room, but more than made it right later

    Our room was upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely. They provided us with a non-alcoholic welcome drink when we arrived, and then because our upgraded room wasn't yet ready, they offered us any drink from the bar. The breakfast was a buffet with the possibility to order, as well as Prosecco available at buffet. We were a bit disappointed that they didn't do anything as a welcome gift. My wife had let them know we were celebrating my birthday during the stay but they didn't leave anything, even a card. After the fact when it was mentioned (along with a billing issue), they sent a bottle of nice champagne to our house which was extremely nice and appreciated. They offer a car service that picks you up from train station. Would stay here again.
