Our room was upgraded to a suite without suite night award and they gave us macarons as a welcome gift. While they didn't have a "real" lounge, there was an area that was sectioned off for guests with drinks (including wine) and heavy food. They had a buffet breakfast with big selection. Would stay here again, nice alternative to center in Milan.
