The Swan Reserve is a new property and I was thrilled and surprised that I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite considering I only had gold status at the time. They would only honor "late checkout" until 12pm which was disappointing, but we also checked in quite early the day before so I couldn't complain. Would stay here again if going to Epcot / Disney.
