I recently stayed with my wife at this location after arriving from Europe on a redeye flight. This meant we were arriving quite early, prior to normal check in time. The hotel was gracious to not only pick us up to bring us to the hotel, but also had a room ready for early check in. The staff was very kind and our stay was great to catch up on some sleep and get prepared for the safari ahead. Also, I celebrated my birthday at breakfast, before heading to Giraffe Manor... the staff was so kind to bring me a cake as well as sing at breakfast. All in all a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend
